Hotel clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the bathtub. The bottom is narrow and slick. The grab bar is not well located. I consider the tub when used as a shower to be dangerous. It should have a mat on the bottom for better traction.

The staff was great, very friendly. The hotel could use some updates. Lots of carpet, strange layout in the rooms, no seating for breakfast. Hotel could use some TLC. Priced very high for the condition.

The front desk was hospitable, Andrea was courteous. Breakfast was a life saver and just enough to carry you through lunch. Housekeeping worked hard to tey to maintain the property. They appeared short staff though. I saw one person cleaning on my floor. The others came to do quality control. Overall i would stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

The staff was very pleasant and hospitable. They always greeted us with a hello and smile. The room we stayed in, while clean for the most part, was in need of some updating. There were some spots on the carpet, and just typical wear and tear of an older hotel. It was very quiet and we had restful nights--not much time was spent in the room. (a microwave would of been nice).

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed to. The hotel room was old and run down . There is rain spot in the ceiling , the water faucet has rust, the fixtures in the bath room has rust . The internet did not work in the room Only in the lobby area. I complained to the front desk reception and he was impatient. He didn’t try to rectify the problem but gave me an attitude . I will never stay at this hotel again . This plantation of Hyatt place gave Hyatt brand a bad name .

Came early from tour around 12. They said check in isn't until 3 but would try to get as in early. We didn’t get checked in until 2:30. They said they had lots.of rooms to clean and would get to our room eventually. I feel if someone comes early prioritize their room. Also no free coffee or amenities, had to pay unless at breakfast which we left early before it opened and wouldn't even give us a coffee for free yet breakfast was included.
