I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Fort Lauderdale, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like a mini fridge, a large TV, and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies every night. The staff (Rita) was exceptional—friendly, professional, and eager to help. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hyatt Fort Lauderdale for anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale stay in a prime location. I’m already planning my next visit! I stayed there 5/15 to 5/19/2025.

It was fine. The only issue I saw was desk personnel seemed interested in looking at her phone more than anything else . Also night person seemed to be laying down when I came thru early morning hour . I thought they should have been more aware of working .

The staff were amazing but that’s about it. Breakfast was not good, Hotel furnitures especially at the lobby and rooms needs to be change. Most of them are ripped or major stains. I’m a loyal member and love staying at the Hyatt brand but this is definitely not one of them. Again, the hotel staff were very pleasant.
