They say they have a shuttle but it's ineffective and does not run regularly. The hotel is also understaffed. The staff at the front desk did the best they could, but they were always overwhelmed.

No one came in to make up our bed or change 2 towels even though we told girls in the hall we had added a one night extra stay. (they had very poor English language skills). By the time the front desk told them we were staying another night, it was time to check out. So no room service and a bit of poor communication. For the cost of the room this should have been better.

The hotel staff in every department is excellent. Front desk more than happy to help you get around and introduce you to surroundings. Food and Beverage folks are the best.
