The hotel room itself wasn’t clean. There was left over hair on the counter, the floor was dirty when we wiped it, and there were stickers on the vanity in the bathroom. There was hair on the shower walls, from the previous guest. Pictures can be provided upon request. We would have asked for assistance or our room cleaned, however the staff wasn’t very knowledgeable and would give us contradictory answers when we would ask a question about the resort or the hotel procedures, amenities, etc. The breakfast buffet was a mess - out of food, styrofoam plates, overflowing trash cans. The outside bar staff weren’t very helpful and seemed to be overwhelmed by the “crowd” (about 15 people). We will not be back.

La atención fue muy buena, el staff súper amable y atento. Lamentablemente habían algunas cosas de la habitación que no estaban en tan buenas condiciones, les faltaba mantenimiento. El desayuno no variaba mucho, así que para una larga estadía, uno se podría cansar rápidamente del desayuno.
