We are very dissapointed with our stay. At first everything seemed fine til we found a lizzard in our livingroom. The weather was perfect to sit at the balcony, but it was super dirty with cigarrets ashes. Recepcionists had bad customer service stating that we would have to comunnicate with hotels.com and we had no succcess. Please see photos.

The Gurst service person who checked me in was a little out of it. Making unsolicited comments. The room keys given to me didnt work. After going back to the lobby to request new keys the new set again didnt work. They sent a security guard to open the unit and they couldnt open it. After some frustration i decided to take my business elsewhere.

This is one of the best places to stay if you are ever in Fort Lauderdale for a vacation … nice clean quiet place … rooms are spacious and dining rooms are comfy .. television has a lot of cable channels you can enjoy .. it’s a great place
