The A/C was either out of service or they limit the use until later in the summer. This should be in listed in the details. The room was very warm and we had to request a fan which the hotel was happy to provide. Otherwise we had a nice experience

Moved me to another hotel!

I had been booked at the hotel edelweiss for over 2 months and when I arrived they said they had made a mistake and couldn’t check me in due to a group booking. They moved me to a sister hotel which was ok but not what I booked and in a different neighborhood. It was very disappointing

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Could not recommend this hotel enough. The restaurant is gorgeous. Close to the lake, only a short walk to the Mouettes. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay lovely. If I were to return to Geneva, this would be the place to stay! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks two years ago, and were so thoroughly happy, that we decided to take a small detour on our skiing trip to sleep in Geneva just because we knew this hotel was a sure stay. Still as wonderful as when we first stayed here. Will be coming back every time we visit Geneva!! Wonderful staff and beyond clean!
