Only one person was helpful. There was no soap in the shower, I had to go downstairs at 10:30pm to get it while my wife was in the shower. They advertise laundry but all they offer is a laundry service. Parking was a nightmare, could not get into parking because the desk clerk took down the wrong plate number, they did fix this. I would NOT stay again or recommend this hotel.

It is very convenient as just across from the central train station. The neighborhood is safe and lots of shopping one can do. Staff was very helpful and with great smiles. Room is clean.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the city right next to the central station and the main shopping mall. Easy walking distance to everything you need close by or hop on a tram or bus. The hotel itself was quiet, with friendly staff. The family room that we booked was excellent for bringing kids and we particularly wanted pool access. Easy to book access to the pool. Nice facilities with sauna available too. Breakfast buffet gets 5 ⭐ plus. Thank you!

Overall good stay , great location close to the Central station in the centre of Gothenburg. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at check in, restaurant and bar staff also very pleasant. Minor issues were the AC which we couldn’t switch off and having no hot water on the morning of our check out. However that wouldn’t put me off recommending the hotel to fellow travellers

Too eco-friendly. Ingrown stains on sheets and towels (In Sweden they do not wash hot enough in order to save energy) no cleaning unless you tell them the day BEFORE. Do not plan to visit the pool, it has to be booked so it was already full.

Perfect Hotel for a weekend get away

The stay was nearly perfect. No complaints. Our window looked directly into the adjacent mall which was a bit strange. Otherwise everything was perfect. Room, breakfast, location, service, all great!
