They called 4 hours before check in and said there were no rooms available. If I had cancelled like that I would have had to pay

Staff was fine. The room is a piece of crap! Dirty, cigarette burns on the furniture. If you turn out lights over the bed the bathroom lights are out too. No microwave. The stairways were littered with trash. Towels were grey. Nasty...never again.
