Clean and convenient. Staff was pleasant. Our room faced the interstate side, some noise, but not a lot. No pool, looks like they possibly had an indoor one, but it was closed/windows were covered. Coffee was nice, would've liked maybe some fruit/ pastries to get us out the door .

I helped my daughter move to this area and it was hard to find a place to stay that was a reasonable price. At the time I needed a comfortable place to stay many hotels were booked up. There were many events happening that weekend and hotels were booking up fairly quickly. I booked a two night stay at a very reasonable price. The hotel and room were clean and I slept comfortably. I was satisfied with my stay and if need arise I will book with this hotel again.

Room was not clean. There was not maid service at all. Never made beds. We had to go to main desk for towels every day.

Parking lot had a lot of litter. Our suite was clean...except the floor. Had to wear shoes even when coming out of the shower. Beds were comfortable. Sheets clean. Other than the noise from kids running in the halls on the 3rd floor after midnight and the banging from up there, our stay was nice. Looking forward to coming next year after all the renovations.

Starting with the shower head attached with duct tape, the air conditioner that sounded like a kid with their first drum kit, no daily cleaning service, the toilet paper holder that wasn’t, loose shelves, etc., etc. it wasn’t an enjoyable stay.

Clean, but rooms need a revamp. The front desk staff was very nice. The pillows were very small and hard and we were surprised by the lack of bottled water for purchase.
