Beds were not comfortable, including sofa bed where our kids could feel all the springs. No linens or pillows for sofa bed and, when asked, only received a mattress liner (no blanket, sheets, etc). The waffle maker also didn’t fully cook waffles even after being left for two full cook rounds.
