April was super helpful. The computer system was not working right when we checked in. Great job on the remold, super clean, smelled good, thick towels but no place to hand dry them, needs USB ports, two double bed rooms was definitely too small and the bathroom barely any room, super slippery tub, rooms were tasteful colored and remodeled, all staff nice, coffee ok, my sister ate and said the eggs were ok and coffee. Great area and easy access, cars and parking good, no break in and no criminals hanging out. Good price but the room was way too small.

I was in a hurry to check in and even though my reservation was showing on a third party site,the front desk agent couldn’t find it at the hotel. The front desk agent could have been more accommodating instead of blaming me and third party site. It took 40 minutes to check in. I don’t knw if I would ever come back because the staff don’t know what they are doing and won’t take the extra effort for guest satisfaction. I was late for my meeting as a result. Didn’t even stay the night I left. The whole point was to check in and shower so I could get to my meeting on time. Offered to the agent to just charge my card - she refused. I was willing to pay by card since she couldn’t find the reservation. Not helpful and can’t think outside the box. Got defensive when I told her it was not the third party site since I literally saw my reservation and they said they sent the information.

The cost was substantially less than the competition. The rooms are in dire need of updating, but at least mine was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I thought the breakfast was pretty good, although the three mornings of my stay there was no fruit. I used the fitness room and it was fine, although there weren't towels both time I worked out. I would consider staying there again as long as the price tag remains low.

Room was little smelly, wet carpet, door all stuck and not opening /closing properly, chair was also good to sit, one can feel the screw while (sitting below seat). Breakfast was ok.
