Rapport qualité prix moyen. Juste 2 serviettes de bain pas de serviette pour le visage, pas de drap de bain, pas de tapis de bain (sol glissant) pas de frigo, 2 petites bouteilles d'eau pour 3 nuits, poignée de la baie coulissante balcon cassée, vue pas top depuis la chambre, nous avons calé la porte d'entrée (elle vibrait un moindre courant d'air).

me gusto la cabaña pero no me gusto que no dan cobertores y que no tienen tv en el cuarto, y que no hay puerta en el baño la chica de la limpieza no dejo jabones de repuesto ni papel de baño pero bueno fuimos a pedri en recepcion y si nos lo proporcionaron, la chica de limpieza no limpio el area de la regadera porque cuando llegamos habia arena y el empaque de los jabones en el piso ahi nos dimos cuenta que no limpio en piso de la regadera por lo demas todo bien, la pasamos excelente en holbox

WiFi doesn't work

WiFi only works in common areas, not the rooms, and only worked intermittently around the pool. Is you sit at the restaurant or pool deck, it doesn't work. So effectively, they don't have Wi-Fi. Very frustrating when I had to do some things for work. A block from the beach but then have to pay for a chair or hammock. Good restaurant. Nice pool. Nice staff. Rooms have fan and ac. Shower is a trickle from a conch shell.

Un balcon avec vue sur l’arrière d’un édifice. Des excréments dans les escaliers menant à la chambre situé à l’étage. Déjeuner rarement à l’heure, mais bon pour le prix (enfin un peu de positif). De l’eau stagnante un peu partout autour de l’établissement et pas d’efforts pour essayer de l’enlever.

Struttura in ottima posizione fuori dai rumori del centro e vicinissima alla spiaggia di Holbox. Le camere sono semplici ma ben tenute ....manca solo un piccolo frigo che sarebbe più che apprezzato dagli ospiti viste le temperature soprattutto in estate

Adresse pratique et sympathique

Le Cielito est une bonne adresse à 50 mètres de la plage. Vous pouvez aussi profiter du restaurant et de la piscine. Si vous avez un peu de chance , vous pourrez voir une famille de ratons laveurs près de la réception. Nous avons bénéficié d’une promotion et d’un surclassement mais nous trouvons que le prix plein est trop cher : pas de frigo, draps un peu usagés, pas de bonbonne d’eau ( équipements insuffisants). Personnel sympathique et compétent.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el servicio del personal, todos muy amables. Lo que no me agradó es que la habitación estaba llena de pequeños insectos por todos lados, incluso en el techo. Nos comentaron de recepción que por política no podían poner insecticidas. Fue un poco molesto porque al dormir, caían del techo o estaban sobre las almohadas.
