We visited in August. There weren't enough "casual" dining options open, although the green space between the hotels and restaurants was awesome - flowers, a creek, amphitheater. Hotel is older but very nice, except the pool was dirty, and the hot tub wasn't as warm as the pool. If going to Teton National Park, Jackson Hole (in town) would be just as convenient with more food options.

Nice hotel, everything was pretty outdated though. Which was part of the charm. It is pre ADA. But it was clean and cute and housekeeping did a great job while we were out for the day. Heated outside pool was amazing! The desciption was wrong though, it said they serve free continental breakfast along with the free parking but they do not offer free continental breakfast. They have a restaurant instead so we opted to eat at other nearby restaurants. Teton Village has a lot to offer! Very fun stay there!

DO NOT BOOK IT!

The carpet is old, bleached out spots and filthy. They had a sign out that their Bistro was open until 8:00pm. Their Bistro wasn't open at all on Wednesdays. They have a new smart TV in our room...unfortunately they had no remote control for it so the one channel it was tuned in on was the only channel we could watch☹ We are still waiting for the call we requested to hear from the manager. We have never paid so much for so little!!

Stayed at the Alpenhof for a couple nights and had a good time. Parking and checking in was always easy and the room was as expected. Close to Jackson, lakes, and the village had the gondolas and other things to do, which was nice. If I was back in Wyoming in the winter, I would stay again.

It was easy place to stay for a night, the property is just outdated and the costs seem high for what we got. The town is very dead at night so getting food after a later flight wasn't the easiest

Breakfast is not included for $300+ per night! One can buy some breakfast sandwiches at the Cowboy Coffee downstairs $10-$13 which is not affiliated with the Alpenhof. There is a Bistro with extremely limited and overpriced options available Thursday- Sunday 1-8 PM. Only visited by a handful patrons not surprisingly. I have never seen such a worn-out, dirty carpet in any hotel I have ever been to for a fraction of the cost. It’s disgusting. Rooms and bath are very small. Linens and towels are very clean. King size mattress felt comfortable, slept well. Coffee and tea are offered via a Keurig machine in room, coffee annd cool water in the lobby. Again carpet probably needed replacement five years ago perhaps with different flooring options. The outside grounds with the the wooden deck looks appealing and very fitting into the surroundings. Looks like a chalet in the Swiss mountains; however, inside cleanliness and amenities are much to be desired.

I was expecting more luxury for the amount that I had to pay for one night over $400. I was expecting the hot tub to be in working order. I was expecting to have a larger sauna experience. The facility needs to be updated. It looks old. I’m just really disappointed in this particular facility. I was expecting more for my money. I could’ve went over to four seasons around the corner and probably got a better deal. The facility didn’t even have a dining room room to enjoy. I had to go out to another facility in the area to eat and then when I went back to go to the hot tub later that night they had closed it down Just a really two star if I could even give it that much

Hotel much in need of an upgrade. Dirty, worn, outdated, tacky. Hotel grossly over priced. Charged an additional $35 "resort fee" which, according to their own literature, includes "housekeeping and property access." All of which are standard at most properties. Would definitely not recommend.
