Jos rentoudut yksityisellä merenrantaparvekkeella nauttiaksesi aamukahvista tai ilta-cocktaileista, kuulostaa houkuttelevalta, tämä huoneisto ei ole parempi sijainti.  Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Atlantista, koko ryhmäsi voi nauttia kaatuvista aaltoista mukavasti tällä laajalla parvekkeella, joka ulottuu koko huoneiston leveydelle.

Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa, ja hissiin pääsee yksityiseltä pysäköintialueelta. Suuret Oceanfront-ikkunat ja -ovet tervetuloa luonnolliseen auringonvaloon ja antavat henkeäsalpaavan näkymän nauttia kaikkialla.  Oceanfront-makuuhuoneessa on myös 2 isoa ikkunaa, josta on näkymä merelle sängystä ja pimennysverhot, jotta varmistetaan yksityisyys.  Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja yksikössä on vuodesohva, jonka avulla omaisuus voi nukkua jopa 6 hengelle.

Wonderful condo

Our stay at Coral Sands couldn't have been better thanks to the owners of 302 who created a home-like, well-appointed and comfortable spot for our four days. The spaces are more than adequate for a couple; well decorated to fit the location, and outfitted with everyone anyone would need. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful appointments, ease of check-in and check-out, and detailed information on the area. Highly recommended for a great beach vacation.*

Location is beyond perfect! Beachfront views are lovely and beach access easy and private! Dog-friendly condo and beach extra special! All amenities including beach chairs/umbrella, towels, furnishings as promised! Nicely furnished and CLEAN!! Great multiple hoses for washing sand off at beach gate but also in parking garage! Maintenance came within an hr of reporting a sliding door sticking! Elevator fantastic for convenience! As others have noted, parking is tricky! It didn’t help when someone parked their boat in one of the spaces which are just enough for the 18 condo units nor when an oversized SUV parked in outside space blocking at least one covered space and making it insanely difficult for anyone else in spaces nearby to get out! Not sure if this could be monitored but could be improved! Fernandina Beach is our new favorite beach and vacation haven! Restaurants galore and many exquisite and most beyond yummy! Thanks Coral Sands for the week of paradise!!

Wonderful views

This condo had everything advertised and then some. It had beautiful views from the living room, main bedroom and balcony. It was immaculate. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Nice!

Some early troubles regarding communication and room, How to lock door etc. Person answering phone number struggled to answer questions. Once that was ironed out, location was excellent, condo was clean and comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This property has direct access to the beach and has a huge greenway for walking within a few blocks. It is only a 7 minute drive to town as well. It is a great location! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The management agency was very easy to work with. The unit is pet friendly and that is a huge factor in favor of this rental.

Great views and shark teeth!

We came to Amelia Island to look for shark teeth and selected this unit because of it's location. We were not disappointed. Location to Ft. Clinch and downtown Fernandina were perfect. You can walk directly on the beach from this unit. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Although the elevator was under maintenance and we were on the 3rd floor, (we were offered elsewhere to stay) it was worth the hike up the steps. We would love to come back and stay here again. We also found shark teeth!

Amazing stay. Everything we could ask for!

My wife, parents, and 2 small Cavalier spaniels all had an amazing stay! Super clean, easy check-in, incredible beach balcony, everything worked just the way you would hope, simple private beach access. Not sure you could ask for anything more in a fernandina beach property!

Sunrise on the beach

Great place to stay right on the beach! Love sitting on the deck for sunrise. Also, easy access to beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely choose to stay there again.

Less than accommodating

Upon first impression of the condo it was exactly as listed. Very spacious, with many updates. When we went to open the sliding glass door to the patio we noticed that there was no locking mechanism on the door. My husband found an older mop and was able to use the handle to secure the door. The next day I did a load of laundry and the washing machine had a really bad oder and the seal in the machine was black with goop and the seal was filled with black sludge and mashed carrots. The dryer door was rigged with velcro to close it due to the door being broke. The velcro no longer would stick and again my husband found an away to keep the door closed so we could dry our clothes. The dishwasher was filthy on the inside with food, grime and more sludge. Ever dish, eating utensil, and glass that we got out of the cabinets had to be washed before we could use them. The spoons and glasses had horrible brown stains on them. On the third day of our stay we came up from the beach and the digital lock on the front door would not work. We called management and they brought a key and some batteries to replace the bad ones. Managements key did not work so we had to wait on a locksmith. This process ended up taking a little over 2 hours out of our day. After all of this on about day 5 I look under the kitchen table and there was a roach. Manangement offered $500 reimbursement for our trouble, but after my review they said only if I remove my review. Beware of management.

Overall great stay

Overall it was a great property, great location right on the beach, great communication with the property management. The only thing is the parking is awful, not enough spaces or room, & the dryer door was broken to the dryer in this unit, we had to rig it to where the door would stay shut to dry our towels, there is also some mold growing in the washing machine.

Great family getaway with your pet!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with our pet dog! The location, easy access to the beach and short drive to the downtown were perfect! The downtown is also very dog friendly! We appreciated the well appointed unit which made it easier for us not having to bring all of the beach "extras". The building was quiet, too! We will stay here again, for sure!
