Spend the day relaxing at the beach, practising your swing on The Villas of Amelia Island's golf course or pampering yourself at the full-service spa. Then enjoy a meal at one of the holiday home's 9 restaurants. All homes are individually decorated and offer free WiFi and free local calls. For a bit of entertainment, guests will find flat-screen TVs with cable channels, and other amenities include furnished balconies and premium bedding. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Villas of Amelia Island offers 350 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels. Our villa was just beautiful and so comfortable. We stayed in the Sea Dip section of the villas. Beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic. Customer service was amazing. We stayed at one of the villas through the hotel and absolutely loved it. There is a trolley that will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the resort area promptly and free of charge. Everyone friendly. Clean. Food was amazing. 10/10

The staff was courteous but I felt like Jack on the Titanic when I let them know I was staying in the villas as opposed to the main building :-) The room was nice, but there was only one tiny trashcan for a three day stay — so that was an issue as well.

Room floor was dirty, land line to contact guest reception was ancient and full of static. Walls all dinged up. Needs a fresh coat of paint on the inside. Fridge was nice to have but freezer was on fritz and iced over everything.

The Villas at the tennis courts had a very strange layout-couldn’t get in closet because bed too close, kitchenette in the bathroom. Pickle court behind villa loud-people playing before 8am. Check in and check out process not good-no maps available, printer broken, confusing instructions

The check-in building was filthy on the outside, so I was skeptical, before I went in. The directions to our villa were difficult in the day, the signs were poor and the road loopy. When we came back at night, it was impossible to see or read the signs, after an hour, the bus took pity on us and led us to out Villa. Exhausting!
