The Villas of Amelia Island offers 350 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies. The Villas are owned and operated by the Omni Hotel. The hotel was excellent. The Villas were a bit tired, and not much of a porch. The grounds were well maintained and staff was excellent. All the amenities, pool, bars, restaurant and grill were available, and beach chairs and umbrellas were available for rent.

We stayed in the villas. You have access to all of the hotel amenities however you need to know that the villas do not clean rooms daily. The villa was not the best. People upstairs were loud very early in the morning. Small TV and outside patio area was filthy. Water in shower was not hot. Luke warm at best.1 trash can in bathroom The beds were sloppy and bedding was terrible The owners at 2342 villa need to do better

We come here often - it’s a great hotel/villa and there are so many fun activities for families! The Omni pool staff always has fun games going on at the pool area too

Great stay

Had a great trip there, We stayed in the villas, specifically the tennis villas. They were very nice and clean, only issue the bath tub jacuzzi jets did not work and the sink water pressure wasn’t the greatest. The villas are also secluded from the main resort with their own pool making it very quiet and peaceful. The tennis villas are a few minute drive from the main resort but they did offer a shuttle and plenty of parking to make the walk closer. The shuttle however was a bit of a pain, sometimes it took a while to get you. They probably need a shuttle schedule instead of calling and requesting the shuttle. The resort however was beautiful, the pools nice and heated and the customer service was top notch. Will definitely be back again

I love this resort, and the deals from Expedia are always amazing here. Being able to use the Omni amenities is superb. This particular owner apparently I would not recommend, however. I did not know the units were individually owned, until I had a problem. They had not paid their cable bill. It took a couple of days til the bill got paid, and the cable provided was not normal basic cable- bizarre channel selection. Also, the bedside lamp was functional but broken/loose and a potential hazard. I would have preferred also at check in to be told that there would not be a daily cleaning/freshening of the room. Not a deterrent, just would have been nice to know up front. The management of the Omni were very apologetic of the television issue and issued us a generous meal voucher, which was kind of them considering it was not their error to correct. Overall, I love this resort and will stay here again hopefully! I would love to stay at the hotel if I could find a good deal on their rates.

I didn't read the fine print. I thought I was staying in the hotel which is exquisite, but I was off in the woods very far away from everything, and very confusing to find. They were nice enough to move me closer to the main property, but one of the showers didn't work in my new room. I also thought I had paid in full on Expedia, but was charged an extra hundred dollars for the facilities which I used once because they were so far away. Not what I was expecting. I also purchased some spa treatments and they were solid, though probably not worth 6 times the amount I pay at home. The pool and hot tub with a view of the beach was pretty outstanding. I would just make sure to stay in the main property next time, and I would need a lot of disposable income to make this happen.

We had the best trip! This resort is amazing, the villas specifically were fantastic accommodations and right across the street from the pool, main area and the beach. Gorgeous resort all around!!! Highly recommend!
