Yes, the room felt neglected ,, the night tables are dusty and the glass on hasn't been clean , when i checked in i notice on the corridor floor upstairs a few objects that was laying till i left, 3 day no one seem to want to vacuum the floors and no amenities for coffee.in the room In the morning there is one person talking your order so you had to wait for 15mins to be served. While that one person is talking orders and tending to the cash register and other customers at the bar at the same time

Room was sub standard. Electric sockets were old and loose. Bathroom washbasin had a crack. Bath towels were very old needed new ones. Staff was good and polite. Rooms Definitely need a face lift. I would rather stay at a cheaper and better hotel. This one wasn’t worth the money charged.
