Our recent stay at The Logan was made truly exceptional by the incredible staff. We had traveled four and a half hours to attend a wedding, arriving with the pressure of a tight timeline to get ready. When we learned our room wasn't yet available, a little bit of stress began to set in. That's when two absolute lifesavers, Samieah and Sonja, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. They listened to our dilemma with genuine empathy and, without hesitation, offered us an opportunity to upgrade to an available room so we could get ready for the wedding immediately. Their kindness was such a relief. They were so incredibly gracious and accommodating, transforming a moment of stress into an experience of feeling truly cared for. This thoughtful gesture was so deeply appreciated and set the most wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. It is this level of outstanding customer service that makes a stay memorable, and we cannot thank Samieah and Sonja enough for their part in making our trip so special.

Check and it was at 4 PM. We arrived there around 3:30 and said they would give us a call when our room was ready around 4:30. No one had called us and there was a line. Everybody in the line was told that the room wasn’t ready our room we got a room around 5 PM and it wasn’t even the room that we booked so I had to go all the way down to the desk because they weren’t answering the phone, they gave us a room with the view I requested, but it did not have the two double beds I requested instead had one king bed and Murphy bed. Extremely unsatisfied with the check in process

The staff was great—very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop and downstairs bars were definitely nice perks. However, the rooms felt dated. You could tell maintenance had tried to touch things up, but there were paint splatters on the bathroom floor, the tub didn’t drain properly, and there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the building. Overall, the staff made the stay enjoyable, but the property itself could use some updates. Not sure I’d stay again.

We stayed at the Logan just for two nights while attending a wedding in town. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. Check-in took about a half hour because they were still cleaning rooms, even though we arrived well past check-in time, but it was clear that there were several events happening simultaneously so it was understandable. We ordered room service once, which came on time and was fine. The physical plant of the place, though, is pretty dingy. Lots of scuffs and chips and dings and dents everywhere. It really needs a good freshening up, particularly at this price point.

Hotel Review – The Logan, Philadelphia (A Hilton Hotel) I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at The Logan in Philadelphia. As a loyal Hilton customer who has stayed at numerous Hilton properties across the country, I had high expectations for this hotel—especially given its branding and reputation. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the Hilton standard. To start, the ice machine was completely inoperable due to visible mold inside. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s a serious health and cleanliness issue. In my room, the shower curtain was stained and showed signs of mold or water residue, which was both unsightly and concerning. Even worse, the shower didn’t drain properly, so I was forced to stand in a puddle of water throughout my shower. These kinds of basic maintenance and cleanliness issues are unacceptable at any hotel, but especially disappointing from a Hilton property that’s positioned as upscale. I chose The Logan because of the Hilton name, expecting comfort, cleanliness, and quality. Sadly, none of those expectations were met. I truly hope that hotel management addresses these issues promptly, because this was not the level of hospitality I’ve come to associate with Hilton.
