Great location just steps from Duval, but still peaceful and quiet. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Huge shoutout to Drew for going above and beyond with his kindness and amazing local tips. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I travel a lot and I was very impressed with the accommodations! The air conditioning was A++++, which in the middle of July says a lot. The bedding was amazing, and being all adult house, it was very quiet during sleeping hours and enjoying the breakfast in the morning. But the highlight of the property was Drew at the front desk, he was like our own private concierge, he went above and beyond to find answers and fulfill requests. Need a golf cart he’s your man, beach towel no problem, helped us out with everything. Highly recommend this property

This place was very accommodating. The staff are excellent. Our connection from Pensacola to Charlotte was fine but as we landed in Charlotte our plane to Key West was departing. Delayed! We adapted and made it to Miami and took a car to Key West. We arrived at about three in the morning and found the key left there for us and felt like it was just going into our own home. Instructions for parking in the early morning hours were left for us and given to us verbally. We really appreciated all of their recommendations, hospitality and will definitely come again.

Such a perfect little gem in walking distance to duval st, hemingway house, and even a 20 min walk to the beach. Perfect location for everything you could need to enjoy key west. Also the property was lovely with key west charm.

Great Solo Trip

Good visit. The provided me with lots of good food and activities suggestions. The breakfast offerings were perfect for me - fresh bagels and pastries. Coffee available and a happy hour! Would book again.

Enjoyable stay

Great location! The room was clean and fairly large. My wife and I stayed one night, after staying three nights in an Airbnb with our friends on the opposite side of Duval street. The front desk attendant, Drew, was amazing. He held onto our bags for a little while and then accommodated an early checkin. He had great recommendations for restaurants and other activities. There was a pretty well stocked breakfast in the morning and then wine was put out during happy hour. Of course we wish the bathroom was a bit bigger and had places to put toiletries and whatnot, on the sink and in the shower. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to book for short term stays.

Both staff members were wonderful. Very nice clean rooms, amazing breakfast spread with fresh bagels daily, happy hour, A/C in rooms. Really couldn't have asked for a better location, staff or relaxing stay within a great walking distance to many places.

Stayed many times here and will again! Only issue I’ve had the last two times it is louder in the morning. First time was right next to the stairs so could hear any and everyone go up and down. This past time was pretty good stayed in the far back room downstairs, but the very last day starting at 7am the maids were so loud laughing and talking in their cleaning room next to ours it was impossible to sleep in! I still Would recommend staying there in a heartbeat though!
