Amazing hotel, stayed for almost 2 weeks. The staff at their restaurant daily social are amazing and know the true meaning of customer service. My go to hotel for every visit in Bali right in front of the beach.

Great location, great service, friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist who’s helped us with check in, very helpful and friendly, we got our room ready earlier than check in time. Large room and very clean. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. Love the breakfast.

This was a last resort option for a last minute booking. The area surrounding the hotel was awful - the beach is public and filled with litter - it is NOT reflective of the hotel beach photos. The hotel itself is clinical, and super old school / dated. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend if you care about where you stay. Area has lots of shopping but the crowd wasn’t a vibe - think stag do, garish bars, lots of noise and an unruly crowd. The breakfast was mediocre.

The location of property is excellent. Most high end stores are in the shopping centre located under the hotel. Security to get into the hotel is good. Pool and gym within the hotel is excellent. Seeingsunset from hitel's lobby is the best thing. The only drawback is - everything within the hotel is very expensive, bed linens at times were gross at times, staff gives you less bath gowns (which at times were problem for us using 1 or 2 gowns for 4 of us). An average experience, nothing like a 5 star experience.
