Excellent hotel - within walking distance to Kyoto station and bus stops too all sights around Kyoto. Service was great, and the room was fantastic! Bit enough to open two suitcases.

This is my favorite hotel during my Japan trips. It is beautiful and clean. I especially love their afternoon social time. I enjoyed sake tasting and small desert every afternoon. It is walking distance from Tokyo station as well. Would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We felt very safe, everything was clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff was so helpful and kind! It was a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Our room was big, the breakfast was superb, and we enjoyed the workshops plus sake that was provided! We will choose to stay here again next time!!

Well located hotel just 5 mins walk from Kyoto station, so close to all train & bus transport required to visit the attractions. Friendly staff. As with all hotels in Japan be aware of the size rooms you book - we stayed in a corner twin room.

Loved our stay here in a corner triple room for family of 3. Decent size room and large beds. Very generous breakfast especially if you love japanese food. Also a free afternoon tea and happy hour in the evening with free drinks and snacks. We loved it so much we booked an extra night at the end. Short walk to kyoto station as well as buses passing by front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and happy. Highly recommend.
