Worst hotel Ive ever attempted to stay at. I was forced to cut my stay short. Just one thing after another. The hotel is an such a questionable area. Its surrounded by i believe 4 other hotels, all just as questionable or worse. There were groups of men drinking and smoking in the parking lot, a constant parade of homeless people walking by. The room smelled like urine, the bathroom floor was filthy, the tub looked like it was stained with dirt, the room floor that I accidentally walked on barefoot felt like it had never been cleaned. There was little pieces of trash all over the floor, on the ac unit there was an earring along with what appeared to be pubic hair. The refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg, the coffee machine was missing the tray. And for a little razzle dazzIe I sat on the bed for about 15 mins and felt something crawling on me. It turned out to be a termite. When I told the young lady we were checking out immediately she told me that I would most likely not be refunded. Do not stay here. Awful, 1 star is beyond courteous.

worst experience Ive ever had! people smoking weed freely, drinking, using foul language and playing music as loud as possible in the breezeway of the hotel. Tub was dirty stains on comforter. People slamming doors and screaming until after 5 am. Nothing was done and I know staff was aware.

No More Best Western In Lafayette

Their business center was empty, no equipment or anything, my room was not properly sanitized between guests, I pulled the shower curtain closed and found a used face cloth dried on the shower curtain. That told me two things, the housekeeping inspector did not do their job and the shower curtains are not changed between guests. They also had internet problems, and I had to speak with their IT person to get access to the wifi.

Emma, housecleaning employee, went beyond the call of duty being very short staffed during a very busy weekend due to concerts and Festival International. She was pleasant and was very accommodating. Valerie at the front desk was helpful and attentive. Under the circumstances, hotel was clean and quiet.
