Jacuzzi was not working, would have loved to have one specially after skiing. Ice machine was broken and we had to walk to the other side of the building whenever we needed. Felt very inconvenient. However the staff was great, and loved the complementary marshmallow for the fire. You need to uber to Heavenly village, about 5 mins. But 30 minutes walk there.

Omg!!! This place is very beautiful!! Pet friendly, clean, our room had a balcony with lake view, staff were very friendly, even housekeepers. Hotels offer s’mores every night 6-9, an extra activity to do with the kids. Easy parking as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel charges a resort fee knowing that the hot tub, pool, and water machine were inoperable. The hotel was very dated; the carpet was at least twenty years old, not vacuumed and dirty. The only positive is that the lake is only but a few steps away from the rooms. Stay somewhere else!
