Room very good, very comfortable bed, new mattress and bedding. Very quiet and peacefull, grocery stores nearby. Fremont Street precinct walkable. Shower could have better pressure and floor a little dirty. Very reasonable rates, I would stay again.

Stayed there for the 3rd now Each time a differen room and they all were nice. Renovated not so long ago. No it’s not a Sheraton but always clean, quiet, good AC/ heat, kitchen with equipment in some rooms, rooms are a nice size, wifi works well, free parking and clean! The neighbor is a little scratchy but safe and nothing was ever stolen or so! Close to the strip as well

I stayed in the jungle room, which has a totally unhinged full 360 degree jungle themed mural and jacuzzi tub. So awesome. Staff was super friendly, the area is pretty tweaked out, but don’t be a coward. This room was a legit weird Las Vegas kitschy freak gem.

Super junkie surrounding but inside clean and property super clean and nice just that street is sketchy. Sadly that is it. I love our room and property management is amazing

The staff I worked with were great and very attentive. The motel itself was in a little more run down area of Vegas but the room felt safe and comfortable and you could tell they recently renovated.

I liked how cozy it was. It was a nice room that covered your basic essentials for a comfortable stay. Everything worked in my room (18). It was tidy and clean. The aesthetics need more improvements, furniture and fixtures are damaged but overall no real complaints in terms of experience.

The newly advertised $58 a night is much more proportionate to the actual value of the place, compared to what I paid in advance some months ago. Way over priced, especially with the extra $25 a night for a pet… but like I said I see prices have went down. No complaints about the place itself. It’s just down on Fremont Street and you gotta be aware of your surroundings. Close enough that Ubers are still cheap to get downtown. Easy check in and check out. Have some permanent residents but everyone was respectful. It’s good to see people getting off the streets. I would stay here again for downtown events.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful even with my late arrival. Room was clean for expectations and parking is plentiful. While I didn’t have a pet this time, they are pet friendly. I’d stay here again.
