We had only booked to stay for 1 night, staff friendly,very basic room, it did have a fridge in room but no kettle although you could go down to foyer and make a drink, room could do with a good clean and updating

Stayed the night before a flight from JFK. Easy check-in, quiet, pleasant staff, common areas and room was very clean. Could use new pillows and room was a little musty upon checkin, but for our purposes it was perfect - about 10 minutes from JFK and very reasonable price.

Near many places to eat . Very old and not updated , uncomfortable bed and noisy shower. Also the room service only wanted to service room when you check out and lastly had to ask repeatedly for clean towers .

Don’t bother coming

As soon as we got into the elevator, it smelled like marijuana as did our bedroom. The phone buzzed all night long. The pillows were hard as rocks. We ended up using our jackets for pillows. The morning person was very rude at the check-in desk. Just realize that the airport shuttle does not take you straight to the terminal, but it takes you to a place where you then have to catch the airport train. For $350 I expected a little bit more.
