The room was clean, staff was very friendly. Shuttle arrived on time and left on time. Shuttle driver was helpful with luggage. Quiet at the hotel and even quieter in the rooms. TV worked fine, bathroom was clean and easy to use with hot and cold water options available. We needed to leave our bags at the front desk after checking out - this was easy and effortless, staff was kind and attentive to our needs.

The alleged airport shuttle never comes. They lie when you call. Had to arrange for my own transportation.

The staff was very rude and impolite. They were NOT guest friendly at all and spoke as if they were doing us a favor. Even when asked for basic amenities like tooth brush etc they frowned. At times felt they were disrespectful and discriminatory too. Except for the shuttle drivers and one of the staff in laundry everyone was curt. Overall an extremely bad stay.

Night reception staff upon my arrival at 9 pm , were not friendly nd not welcoming . Wake up call wasn’t working in the room telephone . I asked the reception staff on duty to wake me up at 9 am , nobody did . My phone wasn’t charged to make my own wage up call . I felt like I was begging them while I paid $190 for the night . I didn’t appreciate this hotel staff behavior .
