Staff were inattentive on arrival left to wander to find our room with no directions. Same at breakfast the next morning, then the key wouldn’t open the door found a member of staff who I thought would assist. He tried to use his pass card, but just walked off and told me to go to reception to sort it out. Not the standard I expected or paid for.

The Magani was a great hotel, plunge pool room was perfect, breakfast was great and being so close to Garlik lane, restaurants and a short walk to the beach put the Magani in a perfect location.

We have stayed at the Magani a few times now and it’s always been a very nice place to stay, the only thing that was different this time was we had a room at the front of the building and the road noise was very loud it’s a shame they don’t have double glazing windows as that would have a world of difference. But not to take anything away from them its a fantastic place to stay , food is awesome, staff are just amazing, the pool is fantastic, and its two minutes from the beach.

The Megani is the best place we have stayed in in Legian. So convenient, close to everything we needed. Staff we the best. When my husband became sick they made sure we had everything we needed and continued to check in on us. Pool great, food great, room excellent with our own pool. On the day of our 25th anniversary they did special little treats for us. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you to everyone there, we loved it all.

I wish we had booked this hotel upon arriving into Legian, however we had stayed at another hotel before coming here towards the end of our trip. The hotel spa was clean, great customer service and location was convenient. Walking distance to other restaurants and the beach (7-10 min walk). We would stay here again the next time we are in the area.
