Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was nice though typical of European hotels, on the small side. Not a fan of a room 1 floor above the elevator. Hard for old knees to navigate especially with suitcases! Overlay a 4.0 and Bret nice place.

Room was okay but on the smaller side, a shower that was dangerously hot and unpredictable. The hotel is okay and is Premier Inn standard for those that can equate and the location was absolutely superb.

Very clean room. Elevator did not reach the 5th floor and concierge got the luggage up, but forgot to schedule the for the luggage to be brought down. Can I please get a final invoice.
