Hotel is clean. Nearby to everything you need. Staff super friendly . Just two complaints. The bed was hard like a rock and the shower had scum patches on the corners .

Super central location.  Close to metro and trams. Walkable to railway stations for Cascais and Sinatra. Near tour meeting points.   Superior room was large with big high pressure shower. Coffee machine but no kettle.  Breakfast was tasty with lovely fruit and great bread & cakes.  Delightful service. Would certainly stay again.

Ricardo and the rest of the hotel staff were amazing.Extremely friendly and helpful as one staff member said hotel guests are family and that’s how they treat you. The breakfast is very good as is the food and service of the restaurant. A definite 20 out of 10

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the Amount of noise (as we had to keep the window open due to the a/c not t working) from construction at 6 am was frustrating However the staff was trying hard to accommodate to help and rectify the situation.

Check in was seamless they offered us a pastry and glass of Port upon arrival. Received a text when the room was ready which was earlier than check in time . Room was on the smaller side however very clean and well appointed. Quiet Excellent location Staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and dining options. Location was perfect and close to everything! The Lobby staff was very very nice , they welcome you with pastel de natas and porto wine . We booked a standard room and it was very small , didn't have space to open my suitcase , had to open it on top of the bed and sleep with it in my bed. The breakfast was ok , one day there was a terrible fish small and there were flies around the fruit everyday. Probably will try a different hotel if I ho back.

The staff were very friendly. They offered custard tarts and porto wine upon arrival. Regular water refills would be appreciated. The amenities were basic but the location was perfectly situated in the cities downtown area.

The hotel is perfect for its location, staff friendliness, and quality. The room is very clean and pretty much everything from the hallway to the elevator. This hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely go back to this hotel if given another chance.

Rooms were adequate for a solo traveler. Staff were friendly. Location is central. Breakfast is not included in the 20% discount on food and beverage. This is not stated on the Expedia site. Although convenient, the breakfast wasn’t as good as most European hotels with a buffet offering. I don’t believe the restaurant is affiliated with the hotel but is offered privately to hotel guests.

Lovely Lisbon enjoyed from a central base

Behotelisboa was a wonderful central place to stay. The location was perfect to enable us to experience as much of Lisbon as we could in the time available. The room was quiet and clean. The service from the staff was a key feature of our stay. We would definitely stay again.
