Clean room, lovely shower and very friendly welcome. Breakfast nice with all you could want and very fresh. Location is excellent for walking and catching the trams and Metro. Only quibble is lack of storage in the room for smaller items (not drawers or coat hooks) and a very bright main light meant it was not as cosy in the evenings. There is seating in the bar which is very quiet indeed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff was stupendous, helpful in us finding our way to the subways, calling for taxis, And exceedingly welcoming when we arrived. Our room was immaculate, and the beds were remade every single day. The location is in the heart of the city. Any type of shopping is within steps.

You couldn’t hope for a better location. It’s right in the thick of the old town. Consequently the slight compromise is that you do hear some street noise, and also the rooms are small. Breakfast was ok

Very clean and professional, definitely 4 star, close to metro lines and attractions. Slight compliant is noise in the early morning with rubbish collection and late night drinks, but overall satisfied.
