Located on a lively little square /street in what seemed to be a decent area.There were a number of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I would not recommend if you have any sort of mobility issue as the stairs are extremely steep and there is no elevator. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a great stay here! It’s a perfect location, with lots of amenities close by. We stayed at the very top of the guest house, so there were lots of stairs. We didn’t mind, and we had a great view of the streets below. Highly recommend, and would for sure stay here again!

The room was very charming and comfortable, with a great view from the 3rd floor window. The bed was OK, a little bit hard but I still slept well. It was quiet but you could hear your next door neighbours when they unlocked their door. The shower did have a bit of mould in it. It was my fiancee's birthday and they surprised us with a basket of fresh fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine.

A great option for Lisbon!

Flores Guest House was amazing. It's an incredible neighbourhood with the lovely Praca das Flores on your doorstep. The rooms were clean and practical - great value for money. The only thing to note is if you have physical accessibility issues you'll want to make sure you can access the rooms as the buildings are quite old. Staff was great and went out of their way to help.

Flores house staff were nice and professional! It was clean! However the property was not as described. They need to update the bathrooms, there was duck tape used to prevent leaks in the shower. The view was not what they described. The walk up with bags was terrible. Would not recommend for anyone with issues walking up stairs.

Check in was very easy. The hotel messaged us before we arrived to see when we would be arriving and what type of beds we needed in our apartment. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants near by. Our one bedroom apartment was very cute with everything we needed. There was a little noise from upstairs and the street but the bedroom was very quiet and the air conditioning was appreciated. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if we are back in Lisbon

Good for 1 or 2 nights

It was good for 1 or 2 nights but it was not in good shape. A bit worn. Please note that the second bedroom on the mezzanine has a low ceiling (approx 4.5 feet)...but very good for kids! The surrounding is nice, with market, restaurants and bakeries and a park. Also, the building beside this appartment was in construction, we had a lot of noise! But this hotel has many other appartments. We had the 39.

Great accommodation

We had 2 rooms book both of which were clean and comfortable. There are very steep flights of steps to access the rooms which were fine for us but just to be aware. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably well situated - 15 mins walk to Metro, 30 mins walk to city centre. Lively square around the corner with eateries available. The only aspect which let our stay down was the noise of other guests - namely playing loud music on our first night.

Many stairs to the rooms so need to be able to climb many stairs while carrying luggage. Parking is about four minute walk away. Lobby is up the street just so people are aware. The signage for the hotel is a small sign in the window and easy to miss. This is my first stay in Lisbon so this might be typical of hotels here but I was surprised so I thought I would share that. The room is quite nice and the bed was comfortable.
