Fabulous location and wonderful staff. Our room had a huge balcony with a fabulous view of the city. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar. It was my second time staying there and the hotel left me a thank you note with a split of port wine to welcome me back. What a wonderful gesture. We had a 5 night stay. First time in Lisbon and, in fact, first time in Portugal. A very pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless with extremely friendly and professional staff. The room was excellent with comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and spacious bathroom . The AC didn't work but that wasn't a problem this time of year. Im surprised that the hotel room contained a kettle and cups but no tea/coffee, milk or sugar. Again, not a problem, just an observation. Location is superb being very close to the metro and only a few hundred metres from the train station. Bars and restaurants all around but despite being in the center of everything we weren't bothered at all with any noise. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful. There really isn't anything to dislike and we will return to this hotel next time we visit Lisbon.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. breakfast was included in the nightly price and is beyond expectation. Rooftop view is good. Room is spacious. The only minor issue is the room is not as clean as what I expected and the elevator waiting time is too long.
