Reception and room were excellent as previously.
Dinner buffet was not of the standard of previous visits. Too much lukewarm and cold food that should have been hot. Not being temerature checked. Commented on the cold pasta and the reponse was 'Well it should be hot because the heater is on'. Same member of staff . Went to the bar to order a second glass of wine. 'You want ANOTHER one?' Nothing wrong with the question but the tone caused other guests to look round questionably. This girl was not seen to smile the whole time I was there, missing the work ethic and friendliness of all other staff, changing the ambiance. Other guests commented to me. Barr staff were very caring and concerned when I choked. So enjoyed the dinner buffet on 3 previous visits in the last year. Shame about this time.
