Reception and room were excellent as previously. Dinner buffet was not of the standard of previous visits. Too much lukewarm and cold food that should have been hot. Not being temerature checked. Commented on the cold pasta and the reponse was 'Well it should be hot because the heater is on'. Same member of staff . Went to the bar to order a second glass of wine. 'You want ANOTHER one?' Nothing wrong with the question but the tone caused other guests to look round questionably. This girl was not seen to smile the whole time I was there, missing the work ethic and friendliness of all other staff, changing the ambiance. Other guests commented to me. Barr staff were very caring and concerned when I choked. So enjoyed the dinner buffet on 3 previous visits in the last year. Shame about this time.

Perfect stay to catch an early flight. Staff was professional and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, and it was within walking distance to the terminal which made our early morning flight more bearable. I was pleasantly surprised to find they started breakfast (free and great selection) at 2am, which was appreciated before our 5:45am flight of a 16 hour journey home!

Check in is fast and staff very pleasant, the requests are dealt with promptly and politely. Excellent restaurant with buffet dinner and breakfast included in the price of room and served from 5:00 am so guests have a chance to eat before being shuttled to the airport. Shuttle runs every 15 min! Rooms are very nice and clean. I like this hotel very much for all the above plus its closeness to the airport, one can walk to it easily .

I stayed here before an early flight. The room was very spacious which was nice so I could repack my luggage. The beds were nice an comfy. The breakfast had an incredible amount of food to choose from. Since I had a heavy suitcase I opted to take the shuttle to the airport instead of walking. I’m glad I did. It comes every 15 minutes across the street from the hotel. It’s not a far walk through the airport parking lot though. I recommend using the online check-in feature since there was a wait to check in. I would stay here again.
The lobby was very festive for the holidays!

Airport shuttle was helpful and dependable. Right across the entrance of the hotel, every 15mins. Walking distance to Aeroport metro station, where you can head downtown from. Room was reasonably sized and clean. Would appreciate if there was some flexibility in allowing guests to take some breakfast for the road in a bag instead of insisting to eat in the cafe, especially since we had an early flight and were not ready to eat at 5am.
