We checked out today. The staff was super friendly. The rooms super clean. Lots of fresh towels. Beverage bar stocked daily. Great rooftop view with amazing views and service. Must see view. I would stay here again!

Extremely happy I choose to stay here for our 20th wedding anniversary. The moment we checked in (ugh, forgot his name- started with a V) was AMAZING! Our room was perfect! Roof top bar - great view. Pessoa Hotel is in the perfect location for everything!

The perfect hotel to stay in Lisbon! The location is ideal to get anywhere in the city. The view from the rooftop is amazing! A very relaxing experience as it was very peaceful and quiet. The library, spa and gym facilities were a great place to go if you needed some down time. The hotel was very clean and the bedrooms were well presented. Above all else the staff were incredible. Extremely welcoming on arrival, they helped us book taxis, send post cards and help with directions. We had a meal on the rooftop and staff were exactly what you would expect from any fine dining experience. Additionally, they had great breakfast options and to have the amazing view as well gsve you the perfect start to the day!

The location was fantastic as long as you can get up a moderate hill! The staff were great. My only tiny complaint was the pillows could be a bit larger, but that seems very subjective and kind of princess like LOL. Overall, a really wonderful hotel.

Amazing stay at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. Great location, close to everything, shopping, historical sites and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and the Rooftop Restaurant is exceptional, the Management staff was welcoming, accommodating of our requests and the food and drinks prepared by the amazing bartender were all wonderful! We just finished our stay here for the first leg of our honeymoon. It was perfect. The staff was great, and the rooftop restaurant/bar was amazing. A full view of the city with an espresso martini or aperol spritz in hand. We were pretty much in the center of everything. Would highly recommend.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Spa area is amazing! The location is great and the views from the rooftop bar is tremendous. Also nice to have the free mini bar with a beer, some water and some soft drinks. Great after a hot day! We were there with family to celebrate our Ruby Wedding anniversary, and the hotel gave us two bottles of fizz and a beautiful selection of cakes. Really thoughtful touch.
