Everything was great on this apartment, location, clean and safe. The only thing I was not happy with is that I had to chase the management to get the check in information as less than 24 hours from my stay I was still on the limbo on what I needed to do.

We had a great stay here! Self service check in was easy. The area was super convenient for getting to dining, shopping and local attractions. Our room was clean and spacious, loved having a small kitchen with a functional fridge/ freezer. Only downside was we were on an upper floor but the elevator did not work and we had to drag suitcases up many flights of stairs. Overall would recommend!

This was my second stay in a week after attending a wedding in Estoril. It was much less stressful this time since I already knew the check-in was via a kiosk in the lobby, and that booking through Expedia meant there’d be zero customer service. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. Just a heads-up: don’t count on the elevator. It doesn’t work. Unfortunately, we were on the top floor this time (last time we were on the first), so carrying heavy bags up wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker either. Just know the elevator exists, but don’t expect to use it.

I was super stressed when this property canceled both of my reservations, claiming my credit card was inactive. I contacted them multiple times by email, but never received a reply. Even Expedia reached out on my behalf several times, and despite assurances, the property still canceled my bookings. Ironically, I was able to rebook online, using the same credit card. Communication with this property is non-existent, which made things especially difficult as I was traveling with a child. Eventually, I figured out that you can check in on their website using your reservation number, check-in date, and passport. After that, things went smoothly. There's a kiosk in the lobby that generates a code to access your apartment after you've checked in and paid taxes. From there, the process was easy. The apartment itself was spotless, with a cute kitchenette, fridge, and even an electric burner. The location is perfect, and the AC worked well. The elevator was broken—apparently a long-standing issue, judging from reviews going back years. We were on the second floor, so it wasn’t too bad, but we’ll see how it goes when we return in a few days. Fingers crossed. The cleaning staff was hardworking, and they seemed friendly and helpful!

The check in instructions never came to my email. For the check in just go to the main entrance and you will open the door with your reservation code. Once your inside the building you’ll see the automatic check in machine, just follow the instructions on the screen and you’ll be done.

The communication was appalling. The phone number listed on hotels.com is wrong. I did not receive the email with the check in instructions. Once check in is done, you are supposed to receive an email with codes for the front door and the apartment door… I am still waiting for this email and I have already checked out. The phone assistance has awkward hours, the person answering is bored and answers one question at a time and you need to call back… unbelievable!

The property itself is centrally located to cafes, restaurants, mini supermarkets and many other eateries giving you plenty of choices. The rooms are maintained well with good daily cleaning. However, the check-in process could get challenging if you didn't receive an email with entry code into the main entrance, which I didn't. I had to call to receive code, enter the apartment building with that code and then begin the check-in process on their automated system which is well designed. I have seen previous reviews with complaints of elevator/lift issues, and that is accurate. We had to climb 3 stories with heavy suitcases, not to mention climbing up and down every time you are exiting the building, which can be a challenge for elderly folks. So, please be aware that the elevator/lift issue seems to be an existing issue that has not been addressed. In addition, there is a bad stench/foul smell as soon as you enter the building. It is very displeasing every time you enter the premises.
