Very neat and clean property. It smelled great as soon as I walked in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The add on breakfast option was great as there were so many excellent food options to choose from! Parking was easy but there was a charge. Conveniently located close to shopping and transportation. About 10 minutes drive to the airport. 5 stars! I will return again!!

Not very walkable but everything was close enough with uber. Hotel was nice we had a 2 bedroom suite but the light switches are outdated where the bathroom light switches didn’t work unless you switch on a light beside your bed which was through a door in another room.. what do you do in the middle of the nights when you don’t want to bother people in the other room? Breakfast was delicious

Great 1-night stay

Comfortable room for family of 3, one-night stay, convenient to airport and aquarium. Wish we could have enjoyed longer, especially the sky bar which looked like it had beautiful views! Breakfast was a great selection, and pool was just right for some unwinding from a hot day!

Nice hotel close to both the train station and the airport. Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. One area of improvment is in the AC in our room. It simply wasnt cool enough.

The room has lots of space but lack of furnitures. There is only one side table and a luggage stand. We have put other items on the ground. The Wifi is terrible in the room. Parking place is too small for our car but the parking next door costs less than half of the hotel parking fee. I will go for a different hotel if going next time.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Excellent service excellent location right next to a large shopping mall with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants to eat at a good price and save money on food train and bus station directly across the street. Cannot be easier to use to see the rest of Portugal or the rest of Europe downtown Lisbon is a short cheap Uber ride as is the airport only one to 2 miles away. Short cheap Uber ride could not ask for a better location. Better service a better hotel absolutely stay at this place. If you are going to Lisbon.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel. It is conveniently located right next to the Oriente train station, which is less than 10 mins away from the airport, very close to a nice shopping mall and many restaurant options in the area, plus a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was great. I will be using this hotel again when traveling to Lisbon.
