The room was compact but had everything we needed & was in a great location. Climate control in our room didn’t work so had a terrible first nights sleep. When we mentioned this in the morning the young man he tried to educate us on how the system worked which was very belittling, unbeknown to him we have our own heating & cooling business, & we knew very well there was an issue with it. After checking on the internal system he acknowledged there was an issue & arranged a fix.

The rooms remind me of a module with very utilitarian use of space - it was not what I was expecting but it worked and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. I enjoyed all of the different community spaces. The views from the rooftop bar were spectacular.

I have not stayed at a CitizenM in the past, but will definitely do so in the future ... Hotel had a cool, hip, chill vibe. Check in was easy and quick and the gal that helped us was so nice. Everyone that worked there that we had a interaction with was helpful and friendly.
