Good location, room was quite spacious. Only complaint is that the bed was beside the window and there was cold air coming in from there. Bed also is extremely soft and springy.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was basic but clean. Would have been nice to be able to have more control over heating, but were able to open a window. Staff were always courteous and able to help. Hotel is a good budget option in a lovely part of London. Good base if you're exploring.
Nice and quiet tucked away from the main high street. Receptionist was polite.
The room was basic but clean and had all the essentials. They had a luggage room we made use of to explore the local area unencumbered especially the beautiful Brompton Cemetery which was only around the corner. Great location within walking distance of Earls Court, Fulham and Kensington. Only issue was the lack of plug sockets in the room- very few and none especially close to the bedside.
Some sillhblittle problems like nit having a wayto fill the kettle as the sink is too small and lights nit working
Room was comfortable and staff fine.
5 mins walk (if that) to Earl’s Court tube station. Quiet areas lovely garden in front of hotel. 5* for value for money. Rooms a little small but what else do you need when you are travelling around London! Friendly staff, would 100% return
The hotel is nice and comfortable. The location is good, near an underground station. There are plenty of cheap cafes nearby. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned excellently! The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it hasn't been renovated for a long time.
Everybody was very nice and helpful. The room is SMALL. The bathroom is EVEN SMALLER. It’s in a lovely neighborhood. We were happy with everything about this hotel except the sizes. Oh and the showerhead went straight down and couldn’t be tilted. That would’ve helped a lot.
Great location for me to arrive at Charing Cross Hospital for my operation the foolowing morning. Unfortunately my relaxing stay for the night before would have been perfect as I wanted to relax watching the TV. This was not possible in my room number 32 as every channel was unattainable very bad signal meant no tv.
