The bed was very comfortable and it was really quiet overnight so I had a lovely sleep. The hotel is in a great location and staff are very polite. Iv stayed here quite a few times now and enjoy it but will try somewhere different next time. I had to phone for towels as these were missing and the shower was very difficult to use. I was also put in an disabled room which although slightly bigger I imagine, the facilities were adapted so the sink was really low etc. I was put in a much smaller room than i booked last time too but had a busy schedule so not worth messing about when only staying 1 night. Lovely hotel but was a bit disappointed the last two visits so will try another hotel next time.

Great Weekend Away

Hotel was great highly recommend. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco whilst waiting to check in great start to our weekend away. Two small disappointments; arrived back to hotel after evening out and wanted a tea and coffee and to unwind in the lounge but only had coffee machine with paper cups so went to our room. Breakfast were shown to our table and waiter simply walked away. Didn’t tell us anything about the breakfast layout, help yourself etc. But saying that we would certainly stay again the room was great and staff extremely friendly and attentive (forgetting breakfast waiter)

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Arrival was not particularly warm or friendly. Room was ok, although foul smell and blocked sink on arrival. Once reported got fixed relatively quickly. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice Food for the conferences was excellent Rooms were comfortable and quiet Didn't get chance to use leisure facilities

The air conditioning did not work properly, the room was very hot. And the hallways were also hot. The pool had too much chlorine that you could smell out the door. Hotel made aware and nothing was done. Just a poor experience that’s all.

My mother was treated disrespectfully by staff on the first day. She was not warned about a testing of the fire alarm systems when it went off and scared her to death almost giving her a heart attack. She has health problems so this was a big issue. The hotel promised a refund of our payment for the extended checkout but never refunded it. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, they have terrible customer service and I will never recommend nor book with them again!

The hotel was very clean but the air conditioning stopped working at night and the shower kept over spilling onto bathroom floor and the room service and daily maintenance cleaning was not the best. You also need to pay to use the refrigerator in the room to store water!! Location is great.

Fabulous hotel in a great location.

Booked Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge on recommendation and was not disappointed. Great communication from them, check in was straightforward. The room was spacious, super comfy and really clean. Would definitely stay here again.
