Very close to Heathrow airport, we just our bags about 500
Meters and walked dragging our bags, we saved a lot of money as we just took the train to wherever we needed to go. Friendly staff always at the entrance. Comfortable beds.

Room was a bit dated. Old sash window letting in road noise. Noisy bathroom extract fan running continuously, no way of switching it off. Huge gap under door, letting in light from the hallway, had to block with towel. Matress was low quality, not a great night's sleep overall and I was working the next day. Noise from other guests returning to their rooms, the building is smell so noise travels and is disturbing. Not worth the £150

Shower kept flooding. If you wanted to wash your hair etc had to keep turning off the water to ensure bathroom didn’t flood. Lots of repairs required such as broken tiles etc. good location

Very handy for Paddington station , lots of cafes and shops nearby
Small but cosy and clean
I booked a single room and found the one I was allocated to be clean and well presented. Single rooms are quite small so be prepared for that. There was only one pillow in the room which was annoying and the bed was on wheel which was also frustrating. Overall the hotel felt a little cramped but was adequate for the cost which is on the budget side. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is very handy to Paddington Station, food outlets and Kensington Gardens.

Clean room, very warm on a freezing cold day outside. Handy for Paddington Station. Only downside - no window in room.
We booked 2 twin rooms and both were spotlessly clean. I had the smaller of the rooms but it still had everything I needed. I had read beforehand to ask at reception for a hairdryer however, there was already one in the room. There was a kettle, cups and a selection of tea and coffee which was topped up both days of our stay. The bathroom had good sized towels, shampoo and shower gel and the shower was quite powerful. A standalone fan was in both rooms which were actually needed and we had enough coat hangers. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, check-in was fast and staff friendly and courteous at all times. I would definitely stay again.
25 mins walk to Oxford St. 5 mins to tube station. Very clean. Friendly staff.

As a lower budget hotel the amenities were sufficient and the room was clean. The decoration and fixtures were a little tired and the room was cramped due to the amount of furniture. The hotel is in a good location for the Royal Albert Hall and other attractions locally.
The room was just what I needed for the night. Very comfortable and the check in and check out process was very easy. The Receptionist was very polite and nice too. Highly recommend.
