We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ruby Lucy. The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help, which made our visit feel truly welcoming. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was both delicious and varied, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo East station, making it easy to explore the city. I would gladly stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Ruby Lucy to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Always smiling and asking if you needed anything at all. Have them booked again next week for one night prior departing London for the US. I will come Back the next trip to London.

Fun, well-priced hotel in a new hood

I'd never stayed near Waterloo before. The hotel is well located right near the tube, and is easy walking to the Thames and places like Tate Modern & Borough Market. Hotel staff was warm and lovely -- even got me checked in early so I could dress for a wedding. Room was fresh & efficient. Morning coffee at the bar was great. Neighborhood was interesting & has lots of eating opportunities around it.
