Staff friendly on check in and departure. Ideal location for us as only staying one night. The room was rough around the edges and looking tired. Unfortunately the bedding didn’t look like it had been changed from the previous occupier as there were hairs on the duvet so not a great impression.

We absolutely reccomend staying here. We felt safe, the neighborhood was quiet and the room was very clean and perfect for our family of 4 to comfortably lay our heads down after busy days of walking around London. The staff went above and beyond and we are very grateful!

Property was at a great location. Easy access to London Heathrow and also easy to get into the city. Staff was extremely nice. We were allowed a later check out. They cleaned the room each day - which isn’t normal for most hotels which cleans every few days.

Centrally based town house hotel contained all the mod cons but unfortunately no lift to the third floor! The shower area although small was very good and I like the easy access light switches from the bed. We also liked the conveniently placed hooks. I didnt expect the tourist tax we had to pay.

Outdated, doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s rated 3 stars but in my opinion should be 2 stars. The floors are squeaky, shower space is very reduced, carpet worn out, it definitely needs renovations to reach 3 stars
