The whole staff is beyond accommodating. The outstanding level of kindness from everyone, From the first moment we stepped in to the Ampersand Hotel was the winning factor for me. My stay was a true joy!! And it really made our vacation exceptional this is what makes this Hotel the best!! Not only a beautiful hotel, and the best restaurant in Kensington. The food was the best quality and taste. But the staff truly made it pleasurable for us in every way possible. We could not wait to get back to the hotel after a long day and evening exploring London. Thank you, Katarina. What a grand Vacation.

Good location for this little gem on the Piccadilly Line. Busy area but the hotel was quiet. Our room was very small but nice & the staff was lovely. Nice sized bathroom. Children seemed to be enjoying the science tea with dry ice! I can’t recommend the dining room since we only had snacks that weren’t very good but the cocktails hit the spot.

The Ampersand is a lovely hotel in a fabulous neighborhood with the convenience of the tube, shopping, museums, and restaurants right at your doorstep. I liked this hotel for its charm and because it doesn't feel like a chain hotel. The rooms were quiet at night, the temperature is adjustable, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the towels were plush. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel I would highly recommend.
