We loved this hotel. Everyone was so helpful. Our room was well taken care of daily. We loved the Jurassic Tea Service with our grandchildren. An amazing stay at The Ampersand. From check-in to check-out the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent for my stay being only a short walk from South Kensington tube. Despite the location, the room was quiet and no noise disturbed my stay. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable; the free snacks and soft drinks provided was an excellent touch. The large bathroom with rainfall shower and double ended bath were both excellent and the bed and bedding comfortable. Overall, I couldn’t fault any aspect of my stay, with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff being a highlight.

we loved the Ampersand hotel. The location could not have been better for shopping and museum hopping. The staff was very helpful and the room itself was gorgeous. I would’ve stayed in the room all the time if not for the wonderful location in Kensington/Chelsea/Westminster area having so many excellent restaurants and amenities, close to Hyde Park, V&A, museum, and natural history museum
