We stayed one night at the end of our London girls' trip. What a delight! It's a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of history. Our room was large and comfortable and the amenities were wonderful. The bar is lovely and it was a treat to be there the evening of the Olivier Awards! Would highly recommend. Also loved the location on a beautiful street right off Kensington Park.

We loved the warm welcome, the comfortable common areas, the wonderful bed and linens. Very small room. The bathroom and carpet in the room really needs a refresh - something that is apparently planned for the next year. All in all I would go back. Amazing staff who are warm, professional and go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional stay. The beds are very comfortable and the fine linens are divine. The rooms are appointed with every needed amenity. The only “negative” (if I’m being nit-picky) is that the shower faucets are a bit sticky and hard to turn. The Gore is phenomenal and I look forward to future stays. Kudos to the management and staff!
