The rooms were freezing cold, it rained through the ceiling and the restaurant was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The food was very bad and on top of it they served chicken instead of the ordered vegetarian dish. Will not be back.

We have stayed at this time, each time for a week. We like the area and will stay here during our next visit. On this visit, we initially were in the part of the hotel that has not yet been renovated. The air handling system was balking. The hotel immediately moved us to a renovated room. That is how the place is run. We feel welcomed and well taken care of.
