We asked for a romantic room and the breakfast buffet. We got a room with three twin beds, the breakfast buffet and free parking. We didn’t drive there! We flew into Madrid for one night! How does three twin beds qualify for “romantic room”? They weren’t even pushed together. When we complained they told us it was the problem of the booking company, not the hotel. Should Expedia give me a percentage of my $$ back?
