My stay here was absolutely excellent! The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly. On my birthday, while I was at breakfast, they brought me a free piece of chocolate cake, sent a bottle of wine to my room, and even decided to forgo the charge on some items I took from the mini-fridge. Plus, the location is optimal, as it is near the Grand Vía and in the center of Madrid. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Madrid!

Gorgeous Hotel, Perfect Location

The hotel was beautifully appointed and check in was fairly easy. In general the staff was friendly. The room was small but comfortable. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and air conditioning worked properly. I also love the location. Close to the action but not directly in it.

Hotel Liabeny has comfortable beds and clean rooms. The hotel is very close to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. It is located in walkable distances to most of the museums and interest places in Madrid. This is the third time I stayed at the Hotel and it has been remodeled.

I stayed for a business trip. The hotel is in a great location. Taxi rank outside and a couple of minutes walk from Sol train station. I was lucky that my room was ready for me upon arriving earlier than check-in time. You are in the middle of everything from shopping to bars and restaurants. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff are all very friendly. I would stay here again.

Estuvimos una semana en el hotel. Nos sorprendió que se nos perdió algo y al mirar el piso estaba sucio y lleno de polco, y bajo las camas peor. Es increíble que no tengan una plancha y que solicitar el servicio de planchado el mismo día sea tan costoso. El servicio en la barra del hotel fue bueno.

Location is great, and room is fine. Coffee maker broke, and woman in restaurant said we couldn't buy a cup to take to the room until 7:30 am, because we had not paid for an included breakfast. That's pretty lame.
