The evening clerk was great- courteous and efficient. Went out of his way to help us with our many suitcases too. The room was small but very nice with comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic! The morning clerk was not as efficient and caring hence the 4 stars.

The room was fantastic, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the airport, but you'd never know it. We ended up walking around the neighborhood and grabbing dinner. Very nice area. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay on a stop over in Madrid. I almost wish we had more time to stay

This is one of the Madrid hotels conveniently located closest to Madrid Barrajas Airport. The hotel has a shuttle to take you directly to the different airport terminals. So, it is a good hotel if you gave to fly out of Madrid early. Room and bathroom was clean and bed was comfy. The good breakfast had many options for breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, and fruits.
