Firstly we paid extra for early check in we had to wait 2 hours before rooms was ready Once we got into the room unpacked we smelt a very strong smell of paint we call the reception they moved to another room same problem strong smell of paint third time we had to move to another room. This time it was ok, apparently there are were areas that they were painting and the central heating system was pulling in the paint smell into the several rooms Any we waisted 3 hours I asked about a refund for the early check in and told to call head office not what I was expecting should have got refund straight away wount be stay at this hotel

The room, staff and restaurant was fine, but the 40 Euro charge to allow early check-in at an airport hotel should be used to weary 20 hour travelers coming in a bit before 3. We had a rough flight and were in no mood to argue, but the upcharge was egregious since they said the room was ready.
