Location of t this property is unbeatable. There three amazing galleries around. the royal garden and the train station are right across the street. Tons of great restaurants and cafes around. The breakfast was well organized and had decent food. Definitely recommend it.

I was given a room a little larger than a shoe-box. The shower/toilet was small, but worked ok. The floor between the bed and the sink was badly stained. I did not see that due to the lighting in the room. When I returned I saw how bad the floor was and asked the desk agent to have it cleaned. She sent someone to clean up spots on the floor, but when the cleaner saw the large area affected, she said, “I can not clean that large area with this equipment”. She returned with a mop and bucket. The desk agent not once apologized for providing a room with a filthy floor! I had stayed here some years ago when it was being converted. I would never stay here again. I am sure there is nothing in the review of the property that suggested this room is a “shoe-box”. This is scandalous. I have stayed in Asian airport rooms larger than this!

Right outside the Atocha train station and Metro (Estacion del Arte) right next to Reina Sofia museum, parque del retiro and prado museum. Coffee and tea and soft drinks provided. Buffet breakfast available. Rooftop terrace. Best staff ever. Decorated and wrote my mom a birthday card as her birthday passed while we were staying there.

Excellent stay, place is ideal for travelling in and out of the attractions in Madrid. Neighborhood was safe, bit noisy at times. Staff very helpful, rooms and toilet small but clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent with wide selection, and we could not stop ourselves from overeating.

Loved this hotel. Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. I spent 5 days here and would highly recommend it. I splurged and got a double with balcony. Breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and pastries was excellent.

Fantastic and helpful staff-they even called me in the room to see if everything was working correctly. Nice rooftop with free coffee/tea and the rooms are very new and nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Madrid-pleasant experience!

Fabulous location across from train station, minutes from four amazing museums and a pedestrian zone filled with shops and places to eat-----The place exudes coolness with funky places to hang out both on ground floor and top floor with views as well as free beverages----the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with a very easy check in process----kudos for lots of attention to sustainable products-----We didn't try the you have to pay extra breakfast but it looked pretty good---The only problem, and a rather large one was the actual room, which is not large---I'm not against smaller rooms but this was so small that there was no place to set your luggage except on the bed---we had to unpack some of our stuff and place it on one of two small shelves and jam our suitcases into corners----moving around the room meant a constant negotiation of you stand here while I squeeze by you and then you can move there----If the rooms were just big enough to have a place to put your luggage, even if still a bit cozy, this would be a fabulous place.

Hotel was perfect! We stayed here for 2 nights. Service was great and staff very friendly. The room was a perfect size but a little tight for 3 luggage’s. Besides that, extremely clean, great location and close to restaurants.
