Within walking distance to the royal palace and cathedral (8 min) and just off the Gran Via. The metro stop is a block away and easy to use once you understand the stops and stations. Efficient check in and staff paid attention to every single detail to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Car park service is excellent and highly recommended as there are no enough spaces around to park.
