You are going to love living in this apartment with airconditionning on the 6th floor with lift and sea view and located in a peaceful and wooded residence. Its location is ideal for a successful and safe stay in Marseille. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The environment is safe , disinfected (ecological products are used to clean and maintain the apartment). There are 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with plasma television, sofa convertible into a single bed, dining room, fitted kitchen with beautiful views of the parks and the sea, dishwasher and washing machine, dining area, fully renovated modern kitchen, bathroom with towels and hairdryer, separate toilet and balcony with table and chairs to tan or relax by night. You can park your car down the building and it is the perfect occasion to do everything without a car, go on foot to the beach, the restaurants, the supermarket, the cinema, the bookshop, the metro station Rond Point du Prado within 15 minutes that leads you to the old port within 20 minutes, the train station or the bus station. Nearby, there are several bus stations to the calanques (rocky inlets), Cassis, the Vieux port and Mucem museum. You will find several bike rental stations in the area. The residential area is by the Avenues de Mazargues, du Prado and Rue Paradis who have many restaurants, bakeries and caterers, an excellent seafood stand, fashion, house decoration and souvenir boutiques and a post office. The fashion and earthenware museum is in the Borely Park behind the residence. There is a fitness park and a pedestrian path along the Huveaune stream leads you to Borely Park and to the beach. The access to the motorways is very close and gives you the opportunity to easily travel on the Côte d’Azur and in Provence. Be welcome
