We had an outstanding stay at Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah and it truly deserves a 5-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was extremely smooth and seamless, with no issues at all. When I requested a late check-out due to extraneous circumstances, it was kindly granted without any difficulty, which we really appreciated and made our departure much more comfortable. The front desk team was very professional, responsive, and quick to assist with any request, making our stay stress-free from beginning to end. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes, along with fresh juices and everything you could possibly want to start your day. The restaurant also has a beautiful Haram view, which made the breakfast experience even more special and memorable. The restaurant staff were exceptional very attentive, helpful, and always checking in to see if we needed anything else. The level of service was truly impressive. A special thank you to Afif and Hussien, who took great care of us during breakfast and made sure we were comfortable and well served every day. I would also like to sincerely thank the restaurant manager, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful. When my pregnant wife was unable to come down for breakfast, he generously arranged a complimentary breakfast to be sent to our room. This gesture meant a lot to us and reflects the genuine care and hospitality of the hotel team
