Great place to stay. Had an overnight post cruise. Arrived at 9:30AM and was able to check in for an extra $25usd. Well worth it to spend the day at the pool and whirlpool. They’ll also check your bags for free if you’d prefer. The airport shuttle was on time, quick and efficient.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise out of Miami. The free airport shuttle was a big plus. However, it took several calls and attempts to get through to the front desk to request the shuttle upon arrival. Our shuttle driver, David and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants, a grocery store, and other shops, including a couple pharmacies are within walking distance. Beds were a little squeaky and old, but comfortable for one night stay. Bathroom and rest of the hotel was very clean.

Another Excellent stay at this awesome hotel. It is one thing to have a standard, but another to maintain excellence over a long period of time. The pristine premises, immaculate room , attention to detail, customer oriented staff and grab and go breakfast add to an extraordinary tourism product. Stayed at Hampton's throughout US, can say , definitely the best of the lot. Perhaps hotel front desk can provide the shuttle driver with a list of inbound guests details, time and gate of pickup to avoid long waiting time at MIA , or being full and having to return. That way , they can send a second shuttle driver. Nothing is more pleasing than to walk to the shuttle stop and see your driver , especially after a long flight. Thanks to Miss Jennifer for your initiative and all help given.

Conveniently located by the airport. If you don’t plan to stay in Miami for more than 24 hours or you have a connecting flight, cruise ship then it’s a reasonable budget solution. The hotel is clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the shuttle service. They never picked us up when we arrived and dropped us off at the wrong door (12 doors off) when we were departing. The neighborhood isn’t too nice, so don’t plan to walk anywhere in the area, there isn’t anything to see here anyway.

Super helpful front desk staff!

Hamptons continue to be a go-to for consistent quality, cleanliness, and helpfulness. The Miami Airport-South Blue Lagoon was no exception - in fact, they raised the bar! After a long day of travel, we were weary & hungry — Gio at the front desk sent us to a fantastic Cuban restaurant across the street, even giving us a 10% off coupon. Great recommendation! The next morning, due to a crash near the ports, our shuttle to the dock was canceled. The gal at the front desk hooked us up w/ a Lyft ride, gratis! Clean, comfy rooms, nice eco-friendly shower products, solid breakfast buffet, convenient location. Would return and definitely recommend. Thanks, Hampton Miami!

I experienced a crime of sexual abuse, emotional harassment, and personal property damage at the end of my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Airport South-Blue Lagoon from August 7 to August 8. The criminal was the driver of the 6 PM shuttle that took me to Miami International Airport. I have evidence, including a police report and videos. I also registered the case with a customer care representative. The case number is #231810835. What I expected to be a simple ride to the airport turned into a nightmare. How can I report this case to Expedia?
