Miami March 2025

We had a good time in Miami. The location of the hotel is quite far from South Beach in terms of walking (took us an hour at a good pace) so great if youā€™re looking to be away from the noise. Room wise, it was quite tired I would say and the service was fine, nothing extraordinary. Overall a fine stay but probably not worth the price. Would spend more and stay somewhere else.

Definitely not the service or amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Tried to get a pool chair all 5 days of visit, and there were never any available. Went to beach but service was mediocre, and food wasnā€™t great. Will find another hotel for next Miami visit

The Nobu Hotel was a very beautiful property, The rooms were nice and aesthetically pleasing. However, we had paid extra for a deluxe room with a bay view, but upon arrival, we were given a room with a direct view of the parking lot. When we inquired, we were told that we were in the correct room and that switching was not an option. They didn't offer compensation for this and when I tried emailing after my trip, they never responded.

5 star hotels at the prices charged need to offer basic accommodations: top level amenities in room, smart tv, water in the room, ordering drinks at the pools, umbrellas for sunā€¦ at a minimum. None of these things were available and there were long answers as to why. Bottom line - none of the basic or next level services were offered. Pool is packed. Food was average.. nothing 5 star about this place

In overall I gave 5 stars because so nice hotel and territory. But the hotel needs to review the number of employees. Only the front desk and housekeeping seemed full to me, all other services need more employees. I waited for a table for breakfast because there was only one person at the counter, when I in I saw many empty tables that needed to be cleaned, so looks like not enough staffs, even I waited for coffee because my waitress was busy, also one hour waiting for a salad by the pool, because there was only one person there who could not cope with the influx of orders. Another thing that can be reviewed - limited towels at the pool area and work hours from 10-5, people come after 5pm when itā€™s still daytime and there are no towels. Everything besides that was great.
