The staff is fabulous, super attentive and nice and accommodating. It’s actually really a fabulous hotel. I feel like it’s the best kept secret in Miami Beach. It’s a little out of the way in a little bit of a quiet area, which is just so nice. If you like being in the middle of all the action, I wouldn’t stay there but if you want things a little quiet, I just think it’s so lovely there.

This hotel was fantastic despite some of the negative reviews. I made sure to request a renovated room which was modern and spacious. I had such a great stay at the Balfour. The staff was very feiendly and welcoming as soon as I arrived. Super accommodating. I specifically chose this hotel because of the beach access. Chairs, umbrella and towels are available to rent during your stay and the beach was just a few feet away. They provide two compliemmenty drinks you can grab during their happy hour. Location couldn't have been any more perfect. Its right off ocean drive vut away from the chaos. I would 100% stay here again. Can't wait to return!
